Education guide
What to track
Two weeks of simple notes often teach more than a single remembered bad day. Keep it light — patterns beat perfection.
Symptom intensity
Once or twice daily, rate overall symptom burden from 0–10 and note the main symptom.
Triggers
Briefly note environments or tasks that flared symptoms (stores, screens, heat, standing, travel).
Upright or active minutes
Especially useful in POTS or fatigue patterns: how long you could be upright or active before needing rest.
Sleep
Bedtime, wake time and whether sleep felt restorative — not a perfect diary, just a pattern check.
Medication changes
Log starts/stops only as facts for your physicians; do not change medicines on your own.
Wins
Record small functional gains (reading five more minutes, a calmer grocery trip). Progress is easy to miss without notes.
Privacy tip
Track on paper or a notes app you control. Do not email detailed health narratives to a waitlist form. Our waitlist asks only for contact and optional preferences — please keep symptoms for clinical conversations.
