Opening fall 2027 · Location announcement coming soon

Still not yourself after a concussion, dizziness, or POTS diagnosis? Let's look closer.

Neurological Rehabilitation for Concussion, Dizziness & Dysautonomia

Resilient Brain Center will offer brain-based neurological rehabilitation for people whose symptoms have lingered after "normal" scans and many appointments. We start by measuring how your eyes, inner ear, balance, thinking and autonomic nervous system are working together. Then we build an individualized program and re-test to check that it is working.

  • Objective testing, before and during care
  • Intensive and outpatient formats
  • Out-of-town friendly
  • Works alongside your physicians

Look closer. Recover forward.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Your scans and bloodwork came back "normal," but you still don't feel like yourself.
  • Stores, screens, traffic or busy rooms leave you dizzy, foggy or wiped out.
  • Standing up, showering or a short walk can trigger a racing heart or a crash.
  • You've seen several providers, collected a few diagnoses, and still don't have a clear explanation or plan.

It isn't in your head, and it isn't a lack of effort. Persistent symptoms often come from systems that aren't communicating well, and that is something we can measure and train.

Who we'll help

Many people carry more than one of these diagnoses. We don't treat the label; we look for what is driving your symptoms.

  • Concussion & TBI

Symptoms that linger weeks, months or years after a head injury.

    • Headaches and pressure
    • Brain fog, slow thinking
    • Light and noise sensitivity
    • Fatigue after mental effort

Vertigo, imbalance and PPPD that make the world feel unsteady.

    • Spinning or rocking sensations
    • Unsteady walking
    • Worse in stores, crowds, traffic
    • Motion or screen sensitivity

  • Visual & cognitive processing

When reading, screens and focus take far more effort than they should.

    • Words moving or blurring
    • Losing your place while reading

How it will work

A clear path from first conversation to a plan you can keep using at home.

  1. Records review & fit call

We review your history and prior testing before you arrive, so we don't repeat what's been done and can tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

  2. Comprehensive evaluation

An unhurried, in-depth neurological exam plus objective functional testing, with rest breaks built in for sensitive nervous systems.

  3. Report of findings

We sit down together and explain what we found, what we think is driving your symptoms, what we recommend and realistic expectations, in plain language.

  4. Individualized program

Targeted visual, vestibular, balance, cognitive and autonomic rehabilitation, dosed to what your nervous system can tolerate and progressed as you improve.

  5. Re-test & home program

We repeat key measures to check progress objectively, then send you home with a program built from what worked for you, plus follow-up support.

How our programs work

Objective testing, not guesswork

Your symptoms are real, and many of the systems behind them can be measured. Our planned assessment covers:

  • Eye movements

Video-based eye tracking of how smoothly and accurately your eyes follow, jump and stabilize.

  • Inner ear & vestibular function

How your balance organs and brain respond to head and body movement.

  • Balance & posture

Computerized balance testing under changing visual and surface conditions.

  • Autonomic response

How heart rate and blood pressure respond when you change position.

  • Cognitive & visual processing

Reaction time, attention and processing speed, alone and combined with movement.

  • Comprehensive neurological exam

A hands-on exam of reflexes, coordination, sensation and cranial nerve function.

We'll confirm specific equipment before opening. Testing does not replace medical diagnosis; we work alongside your physicians. More about our testing

Why brain-based rehab is different

Physical therapy, medication and other care help many people, and we work alongside them. Our role is narrower: targeted neurological rehabilitation for complex, persistent symptoms that cross specialties.

Two ways to do the work

Intensive program

Several shorter sessions per day, with rest breaks in between, over a block of consecutive days. The brain responds to frequent, well-dosed repetition, and an intensive lets us check your response and refine the plan in real time. Well suited to people traveling in.

Outpatient program

Regular visits over several weeks, combined with a home program between sessions and scheduled re-testing. Well suited to people who live nearby or prefer to spread care out.

Coming from out of town?

Our intensive format is being designed with traveling patients in mind. Once we announce our location, we'll publish a visitor guide with lodging, airport and getting-around tips, plus what to bring. Add your region to the waitlist so we know where people are coming from.

Planning for out-of-town patients

1-minute symptom self-check

Check anything you experience regularly. This is educational only, not a diagnosis. It runs entirely in your browser; nothing is saved or sent.

Symptoms

Seek emergency care now for sudden severe headache, new weakness or numbness, trouble speaking, fainting, chest pain, or symptoms that are rapidly getting worse.

Our commitments to you

We're not open yet, so you won't find patient stories or outcome numbers here. You will find these promises, and we'll hold ourselves to them.

  • Honesty about fit

If we don't think we can help, we'll say so and help point you elsewhere. No false hope.

  • Measure, then re-measure

Progress is checked with objective re-testing, not just a feeling on the last day.

  • Transparent pricing

Program pricing will be published before we open, with documentation for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Time and one-on-one care

Longer visits with the same team, never rushed, at a pace your nervous system can tolerate.

  • Teamwork with your physicians

Clear written updates to your medical team. We don't change medications or replace medical care.

  • A sensory-friendly space

Lighting, sound and layout chosen with sensitive nervous systems in mind, with places to rest between sessions.

Questions

Where will the clinic be?

We're finalizing our location now. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you as soon as it's announced. Your ZIP code or region helps us decide.

Is this a neurologist's office?

No. We provide neurological rehabilitation and work alongside neurologists and other physicians, who remain responsible for medical diagnosis and medication decisions.

How is brain-based rehabilitation different from what I've already tried?

Many treatments focus on one symptom or one body part. We measure how your visual, vestibular, balance, cognitive and autonomic systems work together, build a program around what the testing shows, and re-test to check whether it is working.

What is an intensive program?

An intensive concentrates several shorter rehabilitation sessions per day, with rest breaks, into a block of consecutive days. It suits people who travel to us or who want focused care in a shorter time. A standard outpatient format with fewer visits per week and a home program will also be available.

Can I come from out of town?

Yes. Our intensive format is being designed with traveling patients in mind, and we plan to publish lodging and travel guidance once our location is announced.

Do you take insurance?

We'll be a cash-based clinic so we can offer longer, one-on-one care. We can provide documentation you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We plan to publish our program pricing before we open.

Do I need a referral?

No referral will be required. We welcome referrals from physicians, athletic trainers and therapists, and we'll ask for relevant records so we don't repeat testing you've already had.

Will I have to stop my medications?

No. We never ask patients to stop medications. Any medication decisions stay with your prescribing physician.

What if you're not the right fit for me?

We'll tell you honestly. If your records or evaluation suggest another type of care is better suited, we'll say so and help point you in the right direction.
